How does 24/7 access work?
After booking and payment, the customer receives a temporary access code that works only around the scheduled reservation window.
How many players can use one bay?
Up to four players per bay is recommended. Larger groups should reserve both bays or request a private event.
Do I need to bring golf balls and clubs?
Players should bring clean clubs. The business can either provide approved balls or require clean, unmarked balls to protect the impact screen.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
The prototype uses a sample 12-hour cancellation policy. The live policy should be reviewed before launch.
